Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed during these business days typically ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that oversized items and e-bikes may require longer processing times. To confirm estimated delivery times, please contact us by phone or email. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to an additional 5 business days.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Costs
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 states of the US. This offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii. For specific shipping costs, please refer to the checkout page.
Shipping Exclusions
Currently, Chico Bikes only ships within the contiguous 48 states of the US. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delays and Cancellations
In some cases, delays or cancellations may occur if an item is on backorder or out of stock. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, incorrect address information, holidays, or carrier-related issues.
Item Availability
If your entire order is canceled due to out-of-stock items, we will notify you via email. If only part of your order is unavailable, we will remove the out-of-stock items and ship the remaining items. You will not be charged for the items that are out of stock.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all purchases shipping to California and any other states where required by law.
Verification and Shipping Information
Please ensure your billing information matches the details on your credit card statement exactly to avoid delays. Orders with mismatched billing information may be put on hold until verification is complete. When entering your shipping address, verify that all details (zip code, city, and state) are correct to prevent any delivery issues.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees, including but not limited to redelivery fees, storage fees, order cancellation fees, and rerouting fees.
